Thank you for shopping with Harriers & Co. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–9 working days from the date your order is placed.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During product launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

UK Shipping

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are separate from our 7–9 working day processing period.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Harriers & Co. cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

High order volumes.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harriersclothing.com with your order number.

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
